RIGID INJECTION MOULDING COMPOUNDS
We produce specialised moulding compounds at our Durban-based manufacturing facility. These compounds are made for the production of PVC products, which are used in the construction industry. With an experienced team of researchers, technicians, product managers and manufacturers, we are able to make bulk batches of compounds to meet the high volumes required by injection moulding and extrusion factories.
MOULDED TO YOUR MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS
Our compounds have been carefully developed to align with the needs of the injection moulding and rigid extrusion processes. We supply and produce a number of additives to enhance the moulding process, promote the smooth flow of PVC plastic, and to ensure the easy release of moulds.

Continental Compounders makes construction-grade PVC compounds in both rigid and flexible form, to work with our customers unique applications. All our moulding and extrusion compounds produce PVC products that are extremely easy to glue and weld. Hardness ranges from 76 to 85 Shore D.
